All participants must complete a waiver. Completing it online in advance speeds up check-in.

All riders must be at least 16 years old and present a state-issued ID. Riders ages 16–17 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Ride time averages around 75 minutes, depending on group size and experience level.

ATVs are single rider only. No passengers are permitted.

• Helmets are required and provided.
• Closed-toe shoes are required (no sandals or flip-flops). Sunglasses recommended; leggings/jeans preferred.

Tours operate rain or shine except in cases of lightning or high winds. Cancellations require at least 48 hours' notice for a refund. With less notice, we'll attempt to reschedule when possible.

• Arrive 10–15 minutes early for check-in to keep your schedule on time.
• A minimum of two passengers is required to fly; up to three passengers per helicopter. Larger groups are split into consecutive flights.
• Book online; confirmation is sent via email.

• Cancellations within seven (7) days of flight are not permitted and are non-refundable.
• Weather-related refunds require purchased weather insurance. Without weather insurance, you may receive a credit or reschedule if weather prevents your flight.
• Rescheduling is free if more than 24 hours before departure; within 24 hours a $50 fee applies. Within two (2) hours, rescheduling is not permitted and counts as a no-show.

• Pilots are FAA-certified (Commercial) and complete continuous safety training; operations follow strict maintenance protocols.
• Bring the same credit/debit card and a valid ID used for purchase at check-in. Late arrivals (typically 25+ minutes) may incur a fee and require rebooking.

• Boat & paddle rentals typically operate from mid-March through mid-October; waverunners operate from mid-May through September (seasonality may vary).
• Reservations are strongly recommended; partial payment or payment in full is taken when booking. Walk-ups are accommodated when available.

• No separate boater's license is required. A temporary permit is issued after watching a safety video and passing a short quiz at check-in.
• A valid, physical U.S. driver's license must be presented at check-in. Photos are not accepted.
• Guests under 16 must be accompanied by a parent. Ages 16–18 may operate jet skis if a parent or guardian is in constant visual contact.

• Rain cancellations are permitted without a fee. If returning early due to rain, a prorated partial refund may apply if more than one hour remains on your rental.
• Refundable security deposits are typically ~$500 for boats and ~$400 for jet skis; excessive cleaning or damage may result in deductions.
• Fuel is not included. Guests are charged based on actual usage upon return.

• Only non-shedding dogs under 20 lb are allowed. Shedding breeds may incur a cleaning fee. Service dogs with proper identification are permitted.
• Alcohol is allowed on board; a designated driver must remain sober at all times. Excessive drinking is prohibited.
• A lake map is provided at check-in (a replacement fee applies if lost/damaged). Parking is limited; guests should consolidate vehicles when possible.
